1. General conditions

1.1. Accessing or using Studio Kay services implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions regardless of whether the order is placed online, by phone, email or at our location. We recommend reading them carefully.
1.2. Studio Kay reserves the right to modify these provisions at any time, without prior notice.
1.3. The valid terms are always those displayed on the site at the date of purchasing the subscription or placing the order.

2. Copyright and intellectual property

2.1. The entire content of the website www.studiokay.ro – including texts, images, photographs, graphics, video materials, page structure, source code and software – is the exclusive property of Kaylani Studio SRL.
2.2. The logo, the trade name “Studio Kay”, the visual identity, the interior design, the promotional materials and all associated branding elements are protected by intellectual property legislation.
2.3. Their reproduction, copying, distribution or use, in whole or in part, without the written consent of Studio Kay, is strictly prohibited.
2.4. Violation of these rules entails civil and/or criminal liability according to the law.

3. Membership

3.1. To become a Member, it is necessary to create an account on www.studiokay.ro.
3.2. Each person can have only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of access and the retention of paid amounts.
3.3. Members are required to comply with this document, the Internal Regulations displayed in the studio and the policies published on the site.

4. Services offered

4.1. Studio Kay offers Pilates classes on machines, group training (maximum 7-9 people) and individual sessions.
4.2. The studio is equipped with state-of-the-art reformer and performance
4.3. Members benefit from modern locker rooms and bathrooms, dedicated exclusively to clients.
4.4. Studio Kay also includes a Health Bar, where clients can purchase drinks and fresh dishes (smoothies, fresh, coffee, bowls, light snacks)

5. Subscriptions

5.1. Subscriptions are valid for a fixed period specified upon purchase, regardless of the number of sessions completed.
5.2. After the expiration of the period, unused sessions are lost and cannot be carried over.
5.3. Subscriptions are nominal and cannot be transferred or lent to other people.
5.4. If a subscription is active, a new subscription can only be purchased after its expiration.
5.5. Class reservations and cancellations are made exclusively online, from the member account.
5.6. A class can be canceled at least 12 hours before the start. Otherwise, the session is considered completed.
5.7. Check-in to the class is done by the instructor, 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

6. Suspension and Return Policy

6.1. Subscriptions may only be suspended based on a medical certificate sent to studiokaypilates@yahoo.com, within a maximum of 30 days from the occurrence of the situation.
6.2. Payments made are non-refundable.
6.3. By way of exception, sessions not used for medical reasons may be transferred to another person, with the approval of Studio Kay management.

7. Conditions for Members

7.1. The minimum age for membership is 16 years.
7.2. Members declare that they are fit for sports activities and assume responsibility for their health.
7.3. We recommend a medical consultation before participating in classes.
7.4. Members are required to immediately notify any change in their health.
7.5. The data provided when creating an account must be real and up-to-date. Abusive use will result in the suspension of the account.

8. Prices and payments

8.1. Prices are subject to change without notice.
8.2. New rates apply only to subscriptions purchased after the change.
8.3. Subscriptions are paid in advance, online or at our location.
8.4. Invoices are automatically generated and sent via email.

9. Confidentiality

9.1. Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the GDPR Policy.
9.2. The full policy is available on www.studiokay.ro.

10. Health Bar – Special Terms

10.1. The products are prepared on site and are intended for immediate consumption.
10.2. They may contain allergens (e.g. gluten, lactose, nuts, seeds, exotic fruits).
10.3. Customers are required to inform the staff about allergies or intolerances before placing the order.
10.4. Health Bar Studio Kay does not assume responsibility for allergic reactions caused by the customer’s lack of information.
10.5. Food and beverages are not returnable. If there is a discrepancy between the order placed and the delivered product, it will be replaced on the spot.
10.6. Health Bar prices are independent of Studio Kay subscriptions and are paid separately.

11. Liability and safety

11.1. Participation in classes is at your own risk.
11.2. Studio Kay and its instructors are not liable for accidents or damages resulting from failure to comply with the rules.
11.3. Clients’ personal belongings remain their sole responsibility.

12. Changing rooms and sanitary facilities

12.1. Studio Kay members benefit, during the active subscription, from free access to the studio’s changing rooms and bathrooms, which are exclusively intended for clients.
12.2. Each member is obliged to maintain cleanliness and order in the common areas and to respect the hygiene rules displayed.
12.3. Personal belongings (telephones, money, valuables, etc.) remain the exclusive responsibility of the client. Studio Kay is not responsible for their loss or damage.
12.4. Access to changing rooms and bathrooms is only allowed during participation in classes or events organized within Studio Kay.

13. Litigation

13.1. Any dispute shall be resolved amicably as a priority.
13.2. Otherwise, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest.
